Open (free) Meditation, Exquisite Mind Studio, Tuesdays through Friday at Noon (12-12:45 silent meditation). Thursday evenings 6:00 to 7:30 PM (Introductory program), Second Saturday mini-retreats: 1:00 to 5:00.
